Payment Terms

1. Monthly Subscriptions

- All monthly subscription payments must be made in full before services commence.

2. One-Off Services

• A 50% deposit is required to secure all one-off services, the rest to be paid on the day before we start.
• This deposit will be deducted from the final invoice balance.

Travel Fees

- Services provided outside of Birmingham and London may incur additional travel fees.

These will be communicated during the booking process.

Rescheduling

- You can reschedule your service appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any additional charges.

Cancellations ** does not apply for monthly subscribers **

1. Cancellations Made with More Than 24 Hours' Notice

- No cancellation fees apply.

2. Cancellations Made with Less Than 24 Hours' Notice

- A fee of 10% of the total service cost will be charged.
