Miss Weekes Management/ Events by MWM – Client Policy
At MissWeekes Management, we offer professional Social Media Management, Booking Agent services, and Event services under Events by MWM. To ensure clarity, smooth communication, and a high-quality working relationship, please review our full policy below.
1. Payment & Packages
Monthly Packages (Social Media Management & Booking Services)
- All monthly packages must be paid in full before services begin.
- Payments are recurring monthly and will continue until the client pauses or cancels.
- Invoices must be paid by the due date provided to avoid delays in service.
Event Services (Events by MWM)
- A minimum 50% deposit is required to secure an event date.
- The remaining balance must be paid 7 days before the event.
- For collaborations or ticketed events, terms may vary depending on the project.
2. Cancellations, Pauses & Refunds
Social Media Management / Booking Agent Services
- Monthly services can be paused or cancelled with 7 days’ written notice.
- Cancellations with less than 7 days’ notice may result in a 25% charge of the monthly fee.
Events by MWM
- Deposits for events are non-refundable.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event may result in additional charges based on preparation work already completed.
3. Rescheduling
Social Media Management / Strategy Sessions
- You may reschedule any content review, planning call, or strategy session up to 48 hours in advance at no cost.
- Sessions missed without notice will be marked as used.
Event Planning Meetings
- Event-related meetings can be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance.
- If you need to reschedule, you may do so up to 7 days before the event, depending on availability.
4. What’s Included
Social Media Management
- Management of Instagram or TikTok
- Weekly feed & story posts (amount varies by package)
- Captions & hashtag research
- Basic engagement (comments & DMs)
- Regular analytics reports
- Strategy meetings (Zoom/Teams)
- Content session included (half-day or full-day depending on package)
- Extra content days available at a discounted rate
- Add-ons available: additional accounts & influencer outreach
Booking Agent Services
- Outreach to venues, brands, event organisers, and potential collaborators
- Negotiation on behalf of the client
- Calendar and booking management
- Contract assistance & performance preparation support
Events by MWM
- Bespoke luxury event planning & full coordination
- Premium vendor sourcing with transparent pricing
- High-quality décor styling, design & setup
- Stress-free planning from concept to completion
- Professional on-day management & seamless execution
- Access to trusted, high-end vendors & creatives
- Custom event styling for weddings, dinners, showers & corporate events
5. Communication & Turnaround Times
- All communication must be done through email or agreed messaging channels.
- Standard response time is 24–48 hours.
- Content turnaround times will be confirmed per client but generally fall within 3–7 days.
6. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the best results, clients must:
- Provide all required information, materials, and content within agreed timeframes
- Communicate clearly and respond promptly to messages, questions, and approvals
- Supply accurate details for bookings, events, or social media content
- Make all payments on time as outlined in the service agreement
- Review and approve drafts, concepts, schedules, and contracts when needed
- Inform MissWeekes Management of any changes as soon as possible
- Ensure all final decisions are communicated directly and confirmed in writing
- Respect project timelines and understand delays may occur if information is late
